Job Summary
A leading healthcare staffing agency is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to work on a travel contract in Turnersville, New Jersey. This role requires a skilled professional with 18 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
- Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
- Set controls of the related equipment, monitor equipment and patient, and make adjustments as needed.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure, and label appropriately.
- Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions.
- Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
