Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. You must also have graduated from an accredited school and hold a current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be proactively in the process of applying for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Physical Therapist / PT will be responsible for assessing referred patients, providing direct patient care, establishing and administering a treatment program, setting realistic and achievable goals for patients, documenting and recording patient conditions, and educating patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
