Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Physical Therapist to join our team for an assignment with one of our top healthcare clients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE). They must also have graduated from an accredited school, possess a minimum of one year's experience, and hold a current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or be actively in the process of obtaining licensure.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to determine their potential for rehabilitation.
- Establish and administer personalized treatment programs with specific goals determined according to each patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
- Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record their condition, and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
