Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Spring Green, Wisconsin.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
- Develop and administer treatment programs with specific goals tailored to each patient's needs.
- Document and record patient progress, including setting realistic and achievable goals.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively pursuing licensure.
