Job Description
As a CT Technologist with MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Positioning patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
- Appropriately setting the controls of related equipment, monitoring equipment and patient, making adjustments as necessary
- Evaluating CT scans for technical quality, collating processed images in sequence of exposure and appropriately labeling
- Scheduling patients for procedures and assisting with some clerical functions
Qualifications
To be successful as a CT Technologist with MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing, you must:
- Hold a current certification as a CT Technologist (RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT))
- Have at least eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Tech
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
