Key Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue used to diagnose medical conditions.
- Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
- Appropriately set controls on related equipment, monitor both equipment and patient, and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and support.
