About the Job Description
The successful candidate will have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. They will also have a minimum of one year's experience as a Physical Therapist and current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
