Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
- Document and record patient conditions.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE passed.
- Graduation from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure.
