Job Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:
- Assessing referred patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions
- Establishing and administering treatment programs with specific goals determined according to patients' capacities and tolerance under the direction of physicians
- Setting realistic and achievable goals for patients, documenting and recording their condition, and educating patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method
- Developing plans of care for each physical therapy patient
- Providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
