We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Montclair, California. Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of treatment programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent experience.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure.
- Minimum one year's experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
