Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Fort Collins, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience in MRI Tech and be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
Responsibilities
- Operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury.
- Position patients and coils on a table that slides inside the MRI scanner.
- Inject contrast media as required.
- Set technical parameters and observe image data during scans.
- Recognize abnormal images and respond to life-threatening situations.
Requirements
- Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
- At least 18 months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
