Requirements

- CPR certification

You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing direct patient care. This includes:
- Developing a plan of care for each physical therapy patient
- Providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assessing patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions
