Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel contract. The ideal candidate will have 18 months of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a critical care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders
- Provide respiratory care per physician orders and established policies and procedures
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations
- Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, facility staff, patients, and their families
