The Speech Language Pathologist / SLP will assess patient needs and develop a treatment plan to address communication and swallowing deficits.
- Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess and evaluate patient progress towards established goals.
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or actively pursuing licensure.
- At least one year of professional experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid CCC's.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
