Job Description
The successful candidate will provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. This includes assessing patient needs, planning for, evaluating, and modifying care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
You will develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient and set realistic and achievable goals. Your role will also involve educating patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method, documenting and recording the patient's condition, and working under the direction of the Physician.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE passed.
- Graduation from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure.
