Urgent need for Director of Nursing position for one of our client which is a Nursing home,
- Location: Albuquerque, NM 87112
- Shift – 8:30am-4:30pm
- Contract – 9 Weeks (With Possible Extension)
- Guaranteed Hours - 40 hr.
- Job Type: Contract
- Start -ASAP
Pay rate: $64/hr
Job Description:
- Lead the nursing staff in delivering excellent care to patients and offering quality support to the medical staff
- Ensure that each nurse on staff is properly certified and abides by the standards for care established by our organization and state and federal laws
- Create new policies and update existing policies to help improve the level of care for each patient
- Implement quality improvement programs designed to help us deliver the highest possible levels of service
Position Requirements:
- BLS Required
- Covid Vaccine Required
- NM State Licensed Required
- 2 years’ nursing supervisory experience
