Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Total Rewards and HRIS to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation, benefits, and HR technology programs. This role will play a critical part in shaping our employee experience and ensuring our total rewards strategy aligns with our business objectives, drives employee engagement, and attracts top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits strategy, HR systems, and data analytics
Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports business goals and enhances employee satisfaction.
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity-based rewards.
- Oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure our rewards programs remain competitive.
- Partner with leadership to communicate the value of total rewards programs to employees and leadership teams.
HRIS & Analytics
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR technology systems to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
- Ensure HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics and dashboards to inform business decisions and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance system functionality and automation.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop a team of total rewards and HRIS professionals.
- Partner with HR business partners, finance, and executive leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation and benefits regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in People Operations, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HRIS management.
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Proven experience designing and implementing total rewards strategies in a fast-growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and HR analytics.
- Expertise in compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements, including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, and other regulations.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
