Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Answer Incoming calls: Respond to clients and healthcare providers to schedule
transportation services with efficiency and care.
- Exceptional customer Service: Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly
and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate Logistics: Schedule pick-up and drop-off times, ensuring timely arrivals for all transportation services.
- Verify Eligibility: Confirm client eligibility for transportation services and secure
necessary authorizations.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client information,
transportation requests, and service documentation.
- Collaborate with Team: Work with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts and
address service disruptions, ensuring seamless operations.
- Follow Policies: Adhere to company policies and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold quality standards.
- Uphold Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive
client information.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance
your job knowledge and skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service
specialization.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
- At least 1 year experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be
assigned preferred.
Location:
