Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Answer Incoming calls: Respond to clients and healthcare providers to schedule

transportation services with efficiency and care.

  • Exceptional customer Service: Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly

and professionally to ensure a positive experience.

  • Coordinate Logistics: Schedule pick-up and drop-off times, ensuring timely arrivals for all transportation services.
  • Verify Eligibility: Confirm client eligibility for transportation services and secure

necessary authorizations.

  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client information,

transportation requests, and service documentation.

  • Collaborate with Team: Work with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts and

address service disruptions, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Follow Policies: Adhere to company policies and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold quality standards.
  • Uphold Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive

client information.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance

your job knowledge and skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service

specialization.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • At least 1 year experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be

assigned preferred.

Location:

  • In-person in Colorado Springs, 80919 (commuting required) – Join us in our vibrant

office where collaboration and teamwork flourish!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
