The Center Lead reports to Operations.

Job Description : A Center Lead will :

Communicate effectively across all channels of the organization.

Identify top-cross-functional talent to fill the roles within the center.

Ensure staffing levels for each role meet the expectations of the organization.

Provide ongoing coaching for each team member in their role.

Respect Confidentiality at all levels.

Onboard and train new team members.

Coach and provide feedback on performance with consistency.

Seek ways to recognize and reward the performance of team members.

Ensure the delivery of a seamless patient experience.

Manage the fiscal resources for the assigned center.

Provide information to others across the organization promptly.

Ensure the Occupational health journey is flawlessly executed.

Efficiently manage resources, labor, services, supplies, and materials and identify improvement opportunities.

Create schedules by the 5th of every month for the following month.

Process payroll for the centers.

Ensure the quality of lab processes in partnership with providers and medical assistants.

Maintain budgets consistent with the financial plan.

Address patient concerns and feedback with immediacy.

Assume other duties as assigned and warranted.

Pay rate $25.00 -$35.00
