The Clinic Supervisor reports to Operations.

- Job Description:
A Clinic Supervisor will:
- Communicate effectively across all channels of the organization.
- Identify top-cross-functional talent to fill the roles within the center.
- Ensure staffing levels for each role meet the expectations of the organization.
- Provide ongoing coaching for each team member in their role.
- Respect Confidentiality at all levels.
- Onboard and train new team members.
- Coach and provide consistent feedback on performance.
- Seek ways to recognize and reward the performance of team members.
- Ensure the delivery of a seamless patient experience.
- Manage the fiscal resources for the assigned center.
- Provide information to others across the organization promptly.
- Ensure the Occupational health journey is flawlessly executed.
- Efficiently manage resources, labor, services, supplies, and materials and identify improvement opportunities.
- Create schedules for the following month by the 5th of every month.
- Process payroll for the centers
- . Ensure the quality of lab processes in partnership with providers and medical assistants.
- Maintain budgets consistent with the financial plan.
- Address patient concerns and feedback with immediacy.
- Assume other duties as assigned and warranted.

Pay rate $25 - $35 dollars an hour
