Contract Recruiter (3 to 6 Month Contract)

MedRock Pharmacies is a growing, innovative healthcare company specializing in dermatology-focused compounding. With operations in Tampa, FL, Tennessee, and soon expanding to Texas, we are passionate about delivering personalized care and solutions to our patients. We’re seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to join our team and support our rapid growth during this exciting time.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Contract Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for key positions over a 6-month period. The recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and aligning candidates with our company culture and values.

• Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage top talent for various roles, focusing on [specific roles, e.g., pharmacy technicians, dermatology specialists, administrative staff].
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Sourcing Strategies: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards to identify qualified candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on expectations, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Market Insights: Provide insights into hiring trends, competitive salary data, and talent availability.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Skills:
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
