Customer Service Representative Medrock Pharmacy β Chattanooga, TN
Position Overview:
MedRock is a full-service & Mail order pharmacy with a focus on dermatology products.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling of incoming phone calls from patients and providers to discuss their prescription orders, handle any patient issues with product or shipping, and to call patients to discuss their orders and payment methods.
Job Duties:
- Answering the phone and calling patients out.
- Enter detailed notes into computer system.
- Follow HIPAA rules.
- Help with paperwork filing and Organization.
- Assists in maintaining a clean & safe work environment.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organized.
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks.
- Good proficiency with computers and web-based phones.

Required Education & Experience:
- 2 years experience
- An opportunity to become a pharmacy technician is available for motivated candidates.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
