Job Summary:
As the leading provider of biologicals and home infusion therapies on the West Coast, MedRx Infusion Clinical Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager/Business Developer. In this key role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing and outreach strategies aimed at driving growth for our Specialty Pharmacy services. Your focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, particularly in neurology and gastroenterology practices, promoting our services, and coordinating efforts to increase patient referrals. This role will directly contribute to our pharmacy’s market presence and overall patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Outreach Initiatives:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to increase awareness of MedRx Infusion’s services.
- Design and execute outreach programs to engage healthcare providers, physicians, and community organizations to promote our Specialty Pharmacy services.
Relationship Building & Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, physicians’ offices, and key stakeholders to increase patient referrals and establish MedRx Infusion as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide them with necessary resources and information about our services.
- Actively seek out new business development opportunities within the healthcare community to expand MedRx Infusion’s network.
Event Coordination & Community Engagement:
- Organize and participate in community outreach events and educational seminars to enhance the visibility of MedRx Infusion in the healthcare community.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
Market Research & Performance Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and patient needs to adjust marketing strategies as necessary.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives, providing reports and insights to management for continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the sales, clinical, and operational teams to ensure alignment in messaging and the execution of outreach efforts.
- Provide feedback and collaborate on patient education materials and internal marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or outreach, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Proven track record of building relationships with healthcare professionals and driving business growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve outreach efforts.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
