Responsibilities And Duties
- Product Launches – Lead the planning, execution, and rollout of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and company goals. Manage product timelines, resource allocation, and post-launch performance tracking
- New Initiatives – Identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance Meds.com’s healthcare and e-commerce offerings. Work cross-functionally to bring new ideas to market and ensure seamless implementation
- Partnership Management – Evaluate, onboard, and integrate new business partnerships. Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee contract execution, and ensure deliverables and objectives are met within set timelines
- Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project roadmaps, establish milestones, define project scopes, and manage resources to ensure timely and efficient execution
- Cross-functional collaboration – Act as the bridge between product, marketing, engineering, legal, and operations teams, ensuring all departments are aligned on project goals and deliverables
- Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early in the process. Develop mitigation strategies and work proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues before they impact project success
- Performance Tracking & Reporting – Define project success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular progress updates to leadership. Use data-driven insights to optimize project outcomes and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, e-commerce, or tech industries; PMP Certification strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of managing complex projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com
