We are seeking an experienced New Product Development & Business Growth Lead to drive the launch of new products, initiatives, and partnerships in the healthcare and e-commerce space. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact projects. Responsibilities and Duties
- Product Launches – Lead the planning, execution, and rollout of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and company goals. Manage product timelines, resource allocation, and post-launch performance tracking.
- New Initiatives – Identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance Meds.com’s healthcare and e-commerce offerings. Work cross-functionally to bring new ideas to market and ensure seamless implementation.
- Partnership Management – Evaluate, onboard, and integrate new business partnerships. Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee contract execution, and ensure deliverables and objectives are met within set timelines.
- Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project roadmaps, establish milestones, define project scopes, and manage resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Act as the bridge between product, marketing, engineering, legal, and operations teams, ensuring all departments are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
- Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early in the process. Develop mitigation strategies and work proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues before they impact project success.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting – Define project success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular progress updates to leadership. Use data-driven insights to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
- MBA or equivalent work experience; healthcare education experience is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading new business initiatives and business expansions/growth projects, preferably in healthcare, e-commerce, or tech industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
