The ideal candidate for this career is upbeat, professional and can meet the following requirements :
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 2 years administrative assistant experience
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a must
- Strong proficiency of Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Manage competing priorities, deadlines and multitask
- Background in Healthcare a MUST
RESPONSIBILITIES :
A good personal appearance and a professional but outgoing personality are essential.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9am6pm.
