Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to protocols.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize laboratory performance.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain laboratory accreditation standards and prepare for inspections.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor laboratory staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations for laboratory personnel.
Required Documents:
- Medical Technologist Certificate
- ASCP Certification or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Willingness to obtain a Kentucky state license upon offer

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
