We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Incentive-Based Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in our target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Development: Open new accounts with large corporates, warehouses, logistics centers, and other high-potential businesses for AEDs, First Aid, and Eye Wash Stations.
- Training Sales: Promote and book CPR and First Aid training sessions tailored to client needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Identify and target key industries and businesses to expand our client base.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Provide expert advice to clients about the best solutions for their health and safety needs.
- Travel: Visit potential and existing clients as required to close deals, deliver presentations, and ensure seamless onboarding.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience:
- Preferred: Sales experience in healthcare, safety equipment, or corporate training services.
- Advantage: A personal rolodex of contacts in the target markets (corporates, logistics, warehouses, etc.).
- Skills:
- Go-getter attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; an extroverted personality who thrives in building relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Requirements:
- Must be able to travel extensively within the eastern seaboard.
- Own a reliable car and valid driver’s license.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing, and virtual meeting platforms.
