We are seeking a BE / BC Geriatrician for a Senior & Residential Care Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique medical needs and concerns of the geriatric population and will be committed to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Job Highlights :
- You will oversee Providers, all aspects of medical care and training for Senior Care Program.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families about healthy aging, disease prevention, and the management of chronic conditions.
- Option to work with Medical Students and Resident Physicians.
