Our facilities include 22 medical offices, with 6 urgent care clinics, 7 Convenient Care Clinics, two lifestyle centers catering to seniors and two outpatient surgery centers.The team is looking for an Associate Medical Director to join our urgent care leadership team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in an urgent care setting, and some leadership or administrative experience would be a plus.Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities : Supervise providers with respect to administrative functions including productivity, patient satisfaction, professional behavior, compliance with medical records and other administrative duties.Responsible for onboarding and ongoing teaching and support for providers at assigned site.Act as liaison between OnDemand Medicine division and OptumCare leadership and site providers.Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, assisting with interviewing potential candidates and attending monthly leadership meetings.The schedule is ideal for those who desire an alternative work schedule and who do not wish to conform to a traditional five-day work week.
