Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Hematology and Oncology physician to serve as Medical Director of our Cancer Care department. As Medical Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures for the management of patients with various types of cancer and blood disorders.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology.
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME Oncology/Hematology fellowship-training program.
- Licensed or ability to acquire medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota.
