Minimum Requirements :
- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Days, 12-hour shifts, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS, BLS and PALS required
- 5 - 10 patients per day
- Complete ortho, OB, spinal, regional, vent mgmt., CRNA supervision, eval & mgmt., of BP issues etc.
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
