Position Compensation:
Base salary $60,000 (Paid monthly 1st & 15th) (Equivalent $29 P/Hr.)
Performance bonus $12,000 @ 100% of plan with no upper earning limit)
Total Compensation $72,000 (Qualified candidate) (Equivalent $35 per hour)

Minimum Job Requirements
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, passing drug and background checks, a minimum of 3 years' practical experience in equipment servicing, maintaining a professional appearance and communication style, a clean driving record, ability to lift 60 lbs., clear handwriting, proficient communication and people skills.

Responsibilities / Tasks
Through our “Quality Call Out Program,” we ensure optimal equipment performance by staying in touch with the patients. The technician coordinates stops, evaluates, and provides timely repair quotes. When necessary, they involve ATP with diagnosis changes or first-time users. Technicians conduct fittings, manage a storage facility, oversee equipment coordination, collaborate with vendors, and maintain all company equipment meticulously.

We provide a comprehensive home office setup including essential tools like a phone, tablet, laptop, demo product van, company forms, storage unit, gas card, and company credit card. Familiarity with tech tools such as Brightree, G-Suite, and Slack is essential, reflecting our focus on technology and digital business operations.
