Customer Service Representative

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Qualify orders by identifying the patient's diagnosis and insurance coverage
- Process orders for DME or supplies received via mail, fax, and telephone or personally from the patient or other employee
- Schedule delivery and timely set up equipment with the patient to best meet the patient's needs
- Obtain necessary insurance information to process the third-party billing
- Communicate with referral sources and sleep labs to obtain documentation needed to process patient orders
- Obtain the order and all necessary documentation to meet medical necessity guidelines for dispensing equipment
- Answer telephone calls in a timely manner and identifies customer needs and/or problems
- On-call rotation for after hours service

- Required to Pass a Background Check
- High School Diploma/GED
