Responsibilities
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for spa services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales.

-Convert clients treatment/promotion inquiries to bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using POS systems.
- Ensure the spa area is well-stocked and organized, including managing inventory levels.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
