What you will be doing as a MedSpeed Customer Service Agent Intake Specialist :
The CSA - Intake Specialists role is designed to support MedSpeed's on-demand business through direct customer interaction via the telephone. Intake Specialists focus on creating a great customer experience while assisting the customer with order entry, issue resolution and various levels of requests.
