Nurse Manager Expectations:
- Manage staff and programs of the renal dialysis department
- Coordinate daily operations of dialysis services (10 stations)
- Monitor standards and guidelines for dialysis treatment
- Ensure all documentation is completed and audited regularly
- Lead staff professional development programs
- Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- 1-2 years' experience.
- Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions.
What you have:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nursing License in New York State
- Recent clinical leadership experience in nephrology, dialysis, and/or critical care nursing experience
