Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the 15-unit dialysis center, ensuring optimal efficiency and patient care.
- Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
