About the Role:
Our client is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join their team in the San Mateo Area, California. This position involves providing specialized wound care services to patients in long-term care facilities. Position Overview:
As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality care, focusing on wound assessments, procedures, and treatments. You will work alongside a dedicated wound care nurse and benefit from comprehensive administrative support, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly wound care rounds at assigned facilities within the San Mateo Area.
- Perform wound care procedures, assessments, and document patient encounters in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with facility staff and a wound care nurse to optimize patient outcomes.
- Travel between facilities within a 45-minute radius, with mileage reimbursement provided.
What We Offer:
Flexible Schedules:
- Full-time (4-5 days/week) or Part-time (2-3 days/week), Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM.
- No weekends, evenings, or on-call shifts.
Competitive Compensation:
- Full-time providers earn $16,150-$17,000/month based on patient volume and procedures.

- Company laptop with wound care EMR system.
- Administrative tasks (scheduling, insurance verification, and coordination) handled by the organization.
About You:
- NP with a valid medical license.
- At least two years of solo practice experience (no new graduates).
- No prior wound care experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must be a U.S. citizen (we cannot accept J-1 waivers or visa sponsorships).
