Qualifications :

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Marketing Automation, Search, email, social media and content marketing
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks, projects and marketing initiatives for two brands in the professional services industry
- Strong content writing skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRMs (Experience with and as a Salesforce Admin preferred)
- Experience in working with automated marketing workflows and dynamic content
- A good understanding of HTML, CSS, CMS tools, design and branding principles
- Proficiency in analyzing digital marketing metrics and translating data into actionable insights including CPL, CPA and CRO
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Creating marketing reports and making recommendations to the senior management team
- A collaborative spirit, able to work seamlessly with management and various team members within the organization
