A Federally Qualified Health Center in North Central Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This nonprofit, mission-driven organization has five locations across Fitchburg, Gardner, and Leominster, providing comprehensive care to underserved populations, regardless of income or insurance status. Services include primary family medical care, pediatric care, behavioral health, dental care, and specialty services such as optometry, acupuncture, and podiatry.
The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse patient population. Working in a collaborative model alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical psychologists, the provider will play a key role in managing acute, chronic, and episodic illnesses. This position also involves patient education, health promotion, and participation in the organization’s quality assurance programs.
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification in CPR/AED or equivalent.
- Experience in primary care or a similar setting preferred.
