Strong, stable, and reputable Community Health Center in the South Bend, IN area currently looking to add another experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to their Outpatient Primary Care Team. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in primary care and will have a passion for treating the underserved patient population. Flexibility in scheduling including a four-day work week. You’d be expected to treat patients of all ages and work in collaboration with their experienced and robust team of providers.
