A mission-driven community health organization is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their team at a Bronx-based clinic. As one of the largest healthcare providers for families experiencing homelessness and domestic violence in NYC, this organization has been dedicated to unrestricted, high-quality healthcare for all for over 150 years.
In this role, the FNP will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric, adolescent, and adult care. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating conditions, administering immunizations, and promoting preventive health measures. The FNP will also collaborate with physicians and specialists for referrals and consultations while serving as the on-site supervisor for medical assistants. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call or weekend work.
