Position Overview
This Monday-Friday, outpatient role involves managing acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan, including conducting physical exams, assessments, and developing treatment plans. The position is housed in a brand-new primary care facility, co-located with other healthcare services for seamless referrals and collaboration. The team is supported by an established network of physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health professionals.
