A Federally Qualified Health Center in Northern Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join its behavioral health team. This position will focus on providing psychiatric care to children and adolescents, with some adult patients, in a collaborative environment alongside a Director of Psychiatry, registered nurses, medical assistants, therapists, and administrative staff. The role is based in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Leominster, MA, with a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekends or holidays required.
Position Highlights:
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations (1-hour sessions) and medication management visits (30 minutes).
- Treat mental health conditions, including ADD, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate referrals within the organization.
- Competitive salary of $135,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience.

Requirements:
- Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active Massachusetts licensure and DEA certification.
