Primary Duties :
- Conducts assessments for patients to establish diet and food guidelines.
- Develop and implement an individualized plan for medical nutrition therapy in accordance with patients medical needs, goals and objectives.
- Develop and obtain patient nutrition education materials.
- Work closely with Food Service team to assure conformance to diet prescriptions.
- Participate in orientation of new Food Service team members with diet orders and tray line procedures.
