Emergency Room Unit Highlights:
- In 2021 the 70,000 sq ft unit was completely renovated and expanded
- 40 ER Treatment Rooms
- 2 Trauma Rooms
- Dedicated Behavioral Health area
Come join our team where we pride ourselves on teamwork, fun, and professional development! All New Grad RNs are required to rotate day/night shift, and all RNs are required to work every other weekend.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex.
Identifies current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations.
Critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status, and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.
New Graduate Nurse Residency Program:
- New Graduate Nurses will participate in the year-long Nurse Residency Program which is offered at all 10 of our hospitals
- You will meet monthly, and be provided with a series of structured learning and practice experiences designed to assist you as a novice nurse
- Meet with other New Graduate Nurses working at the hospital and connect about shared experiences
- Serves as an opportunity to connect with mentors who will support your growth and celebrate your successes- we'll be with you every step of the way.
