Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support AWHONN Intermediate NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure STABLE PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support C-EFM through NCC Job Details Labor and Delivery - RN - 36 NIGHTS Start Date : 2 / 24, 3 / 10 Ratio : 1 : 2 2 Years Minimum Experience Required Must have 1 prior travel assignment Weekend and Holiday Coverage : Every other weekend / holiday as needed 36HR CONTRACT CALL REQUIRED : 24HRS over a 6 week period The traveler is required to be on premises 45 minutes after they receive call 48HR CONTRACT : NO CALL Float Required : Required to Float to like units (i.e. Mom / Baby) We cannot guarantee a set schedule Local Candidates : 60 miles (See AM) Skills Required : Circulate, FHM, preceptor and / or charge Triage Experience Preferred High risk L&D experience Facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine Job Requirements 2 Years Minimum Experience Required Must have 1 prior travel assignment Required upon hire : I9 / E-Verify attestation A valid driver's license will be required if driving on behalf of MedStar Health is an essential function of the job Schedule Information Weekend and Holiday Coverage : Every other weekend / holiday as needed 36HR CONTRACT CALL REQUIRED : 24HRS over a 6 week period 48HR CONTRACT : NO CALL We cannot guarantee a set schedule Unit Specific Information Required to Float to like units (i.e. Mom / Baby) Additional Details Flu vaccine required for all employees Vaccination Required : Medical and Religious Exemptions can be submitted for facility approval
