Responsible and accountable for daily operating and recovery room operations which include clinical and financial management, associate education and development, and resource management with ultimate goal of achieving quality and safe patient care. Assists with patient care as needed. Acts as a role model and displays leadership in management systems, clinical practice, and performance improvement in accordance with the philosophy of MedStar Health and MedStar Ambulatory Services (MAS). Collaborates with the Vice President on all clinical and operations matters. Articulates and exhibits customer service focus philosophies.
