Primary Duties:
· Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to reach specific internal audiences.
· Collaborate with digital marketing and system stakeholders to monitor and evaluate communication efforts.
· Create and distribute content for system surveys, newsletters, memos, and intranet updates.
· Tailor communication strategies to target specific audiences within the organization.
· Support internal events, including town halls, wellness initiatives, and management meetings.
· Serve as an internal photographer at events as designated by leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
· 3 years of experience in internal communications or marketing.
· Healthcare experience preferred.
· Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
· Experience with internal event planning and digital communication tools.
